About Kathy

An Eastern Shore native for over 50 years, Kathy brings her unparalleled professionalism, passion, and dedication to her clients and the industry as Vice-President of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. A full-time real estate professional since 2009, she is a consistent top-producing agent achieving nearly $200 million in career sales. Whether it is a luxury waterfront, estates, farm properties to single-family homes, Kathy has a passionate knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, communities, waterways, and local resources. Her appreciation for the gorgeous landscape and the relaxed lifestyle with first-class amenities continues to keep Kathy grounded in the area.

 

Keeping her roots in Maryland, Kathy is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland – College Park, with a BS in Journalism. A background in the insurance industry for several years has built a strong foundation for building long-standing relationships, understanding and evaluating property values, communication, negotiation, navigating shifting markets, and problem-solving.

 

Kathy embraces the creative aspects in the listing process to bring properties to market, showcasing each property in its best light to appeal to both local and broader markets. Interacting with buyers on a personal level to navigate finding one of the biggest purchases of their lives gives Kathy an intimate insight and understanding into their personal lives and motivates her to always find the best of the best for her clients.

 

Being in a smaller community, it is important to be involved. She is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity – Choptank, an active member of Talbot Country Club, and a volunteer with the Waterfowl Festival and Talbot Hospice Festival of Trees. Outside of real estate, you’ll find her on the go, doing open water swimming, cycling, traveling, gardening, and reading. One of her greatest accomplishments is having finished the Eagleman Half Ironman Triathlon, 5 times!
